Where did you buy your software and was it TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop/Download?

I need more information to help you with your question. Where did you buy it and is it our Online software or Desktop/Download software? We have 2 kinds of software and many versions. To help guide you I need that information please.

2023 TT standard was downloaded and installed. My license code was rejected. How do I get correct code?
@wbtoy First, please make sure that you have purchased the right product. The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax CD/Download & vice-versa.
Second, if you bought TurboTax at a retailer (Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc…), please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.

Originally the TurboTax CD I bought from a boxstore was 2022, and not 2023 as the box/labels stated.
TurboTax did send me a replacement CD and I received it last week.
I have installed it and it is the correct year, 2023.
