Cannot open existing return Turbo Tax 2021 Home and Business

When I open Turbo Tax 2021 and open an existing file a message box pops up: "Looks like we've run into an error."  then the program shuts down. Same result when I open the file directly.

I have uninstalled then installed with the same result.  Updated my computer but same result.

I am running Windows 10.  Thanks.

I cannot open my existing return either. When I click "open existing return" it seems almost as my computer does not read any files, all my files are empty... PDF, Excel, Word etc. I am wanting to edit a current return that I was working on.

When I phone for support it wants my support ID and asks about 10 times before it hangs up on me. I do not have a support ID number and cannot find one.

@ffonglim Are you getting any error message?

Files should be in your 2024 folder, if saved. search for .tt24
