How do I activate turbotax 2021 on computer.  activated on ipad but want to use computer

If you have already activated TurboTax using the TurboTax App for iPad, then you can just login to the same TurboTax Online account on your computer to continue preparing your returns.

If you would prefer to use the CD/Download version of TurboTax, then that is a different product. You would need to purchase it on our website, and then use the form on this FAQ to get a refund for TurboTax Online/App: How do I get a refund for a TurboTax product?
