Unable to complete taxes using two different laptops and three different browsers
My name is Brent Hinbest and I'm trying to complete my taxes using Turbo Tax. After completing the interview section, I get the error message "Oops, we encountered an error" and I get redirected to the beginning of the interview section again. This has happened about 20-25 times.
