Unable to install

I purchased Turbo Tax like I do every year.  However, this year I decided to download the Standard program rather than purchasing a disc.  After downloading it will not install.  The program now advises that Window 7 is not supported and therefore program cannot be installed.  I do not want to upgrade my Windows program as I only use this computer for Turbo Tax.  Can I install this now on my Mac?

Even though I put in the 16 digit number on the 2022 program I bought at Costco the login only takes me to a point that I have to agree to pay $69.

HI I bought on line for a standard of 40.00  my licence code is [removed] . 

I have a Mac and cannot download the file.

The only thing that you can do is get a refund for your TurboTax Download version and purchase the Online. If this is what you would like, please let us know so that we can assist you further.
