Unable to Print/Save return Turbotax CD/Download

Hello, I keep encountering a problem with trying to print/save or netfile my return. 

 

"At the time of manufacturing this product, the government had not finalized all of its forms.

You will require a final version of your form(s) prior to submitting your return(s).

You can obtain the final versions as they become available by selecting Check for Updates from the Help menu, any time after beginning of Jan, 2022"


I assume this is a TurboTax issue and I have to wait until there is an update through the software before I can print/save my return? If it is an update that needs to be pushed out, is there an ETA as to when?

Unable to Print/Save return Turbotax CD/Download

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) The NETFILE and ReFILE services are now closed for the electronic filing of your initial and amended T1 personal income tax and benefit return. The NETFILE and ReFILE services will re-open on Monday, February 21, 2022.  

If you come across locked forms or receive a message saying that forms aren’t finalized when using TurboTax, you will not be allowed to complete the filing of your return.
We understand this inconvenience and are working hard to finalize these forms in order to align ourselves with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements and include them in our updates.
