Where is the year over year comparison report?

I'm on TurboTax 2023.  It is not listed under REVIEW as it usually is.

I was on the phone with support for several minutes, but they were not helpful at all.   I eventually created the year-over-year report myself -- manually.

There is an option for Year Over Year Comparison in the Review section. It's available in all versions of TurboTax Online, but's only available if you transferred in your info from last year.
