    Why was the live expert help - "get unlimited advice with a live tax expert" - not available as advertised (and paid for)?

    I paid 139$ to have help during the process of filling my forms. Where did it go?  I get community and closed office notice now.  It's 4 pm where I am (as if that should have anything to do with "always available" help.)

    Why was the live expert help - "get unlimited advice with a live tax expert" - not available as advertised (and paid for)?

    Can you clarify which TurboTax version you are using - online or download? 

     

    Please note that our business hours are as follows: 

     

    • February 20 to May 2, 2023: Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to midnight ET
    • Rest of the year: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET
