Received discount offer but intuit site says its expired before the end date/time

As a past customer I received the offer for 30% off until March 10th. Thats today. The offer email even has a live countdown that shows I still have over 6 hours left to buy! But when I use the link, the Intuit site says "Sorry this promotion has ended".

 

Not cool Intuit. Not cool.

Same with me.  But they offered me 20% discount instead.

@b-flow Those promotions have expiry date and it must be availed by the date listed in the email.

I did before expiry date but didn't work.  I  Notified Turbotax but gave me 20% discount instead.  I'm not the only one this happen too.

You have not paid attention to what I posted. I was if fact trying to redeem the offer by the date listed in the email, and to go one step further the live count-down to the offer's end clearly showed plenty of time left in the day.
