Hi. I purchased a Turbotax product (full service self employed version) that I did not use in the end, but instead I was advised by a Turbotax associate to switch to a different product. I was advised that I would receive a refund in 4 to 8 weeks for the first product I bought but it's now past 8 weeks and I have not seen a refund on my credit card. How can I get a follow up on this refund?
I purchased a full service self employed version of the Turbotax on March 19, but was later advised by your associate to switch to a different product on the basis that the product that I had originally purchased was not necessary for the level of service I required.
I was advised to purchase the "TurboTax Assist & Review Premier Online 2022" instead and filed my taxes using that product.
