How do I request a refund from TurboTax? I paid for TurboTax Live Full Service Premier 2023 but TurboTax never completed my return so I had to do it myself. I was also never told the return would not be prepared so had to scramble to do it myself. There was no ability to ask questions or speak to an actual person. This service is terrible and could have cost me late filing penalties. Very unimpressed. It is also impossible to speak to an actual human at TurboTax. The website and chat function has been giving me the run-around for days.
