I have tried many times to register my purchase but it keeps coming up " We are sorry as we have encountered an unforseen error"" I have used Turbo tax for many years but it does not appear to be working properly at all beside not being able to register it.  
It there problems with your system this year or what.  Please let me know.  thanks, Pat Hyde

We are aware that the Registration for TurboTax is not working. Our team is working on a solution as we speak.

 

Since registering your copy of TurboTax isn't mandatory to complete your taxes, you'll still be able to use TurboTax to prepare your return and will be able to register later once the issue is resolved.

 

When you first open up your CD/Download version of TurboTax, simply select "Register Later" and you can continue with completing your taxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
