Releve 1 Box O - other income

I have a R1 slip with an amount in Box O. When I want to enter in Turbo Tax, there are 8 options under Box O > wage loss insurance plan, retiring allowance, educ. assist, apprenticeship, death benefits, Financial assistance, other Income, TFSA.

Which one do I put it under?

There should be a code in the bottom right of your RL-1 (Code (case O)). This code will let you know which box you need to enter your amount in.
