Removing the Quebec solidarity tax!!!!

I'm an international student that only arrived 16 months prior to December 31st 2022 (rather than the 18 months required). But as I'm trying to file my taxes, TurboTax doesn't allow me to say I'm not eligible. It just automatically says I'm eligible. There was a post with someone that had similar problems, but everything the admin said doesn't resolve the problem. All of the info I entered is correct, but Turbotax never asked me the EXACT date of my arrival to Canada, which is why it doesn't know I'm not eligible. How do I opt-out or make it understand I'm not eligible, it's very frustrating.

The application for the solidarity tax credit on your 2022 is to receive the credit in 2023. So while you may not currently qualify for the credit, you still may be eligible to receive it in the second part of 2023.
