Rental property TP-128 errors

There are several errors with the Quebec TP-128 forms. The CCA is not calculated correctly (or at all) in multiple columns giving completely nonsensical CCA allowances and are completely different from the CRA T776 forms. The only way I have found to calculate the correct CCA allowance is to go in manually for each property and calculate the columns correctly through multiple overrides. Based on my experience last year, this will unfortunately prevent me from using NETFILE. These errors are only increasing each year with Turbotax and if not corrected will make Turbotax useless as a tax program for anyone with rental property.

Which CCA classes are you using? Are there any additions or dispositions?

The properties are class 3 and class 1, which should have been auto populated from last years return. They were for the federal 776 forms but the Quebec 128 forms are a complete mess. There are no additions or dispositions.

I have created investigation INV-34910 to have our programmers take a look at this issue. Thanks for pointing this out to us.

The errors for form TP-128 have not been corrected yet.

We have sent this to investigate, and we have been informed that the forms are currently under development. Updates are continually being integrated into the CCA table. This is a known development status, not a bug. The CCA table is still pending the finalization of the CRA forms, and we are actively working to update it as these forms become available and finalized by CRA.
