I requested a refund for a turbo tax desktop, 2 days after purchasing it. This was Oct 18, 2022. It is now Nov 16 and I haven't received the money back in my card. And when I checked my case number, it says "closed".

Upon calling that number and waiting and explaining my situation.. they tell me that's a personal account line. As stated in my original and tagged in my post, this is a business/incorporated software.
