I requested a refund for TurboxTax Online Premier that I paid twice but didn't hear back. I called to follow up but was told TurboTax couldn't provide a refund for an online product. Instead they gave me a voucher code, which I couldn't use a product that had already been paid for. I asked if I can use the code for next year's return but was told no. I was on the phone for 2 hours and dealt with 3 different agents. None of them could offer a solution but blamed me for making the mistake.
@koch1, I have verified and yes, you paid twice for TurboTax Premier Online- I have processed a refund for you and you will see it on your credit card within 2-3 weeks.
