requestind a refund

Hi, I used turbo tax for my tax return. It is double charged for turbo tax. It was charged on Mar.26th and Mar.27th on different card. I would like to request refund one of them. How can I contact in a person?

Unfortunately we cannot assist you with a refund as you have made 2 separate purchased on 2 different days. If you would like to contact our phone support team to speak with them you can do so at 1-888-829-8608.
