Return of product - no longer usable.

Hello,

I just downloaded the 2024 desktop version. It won't install as my CPU is too slow .... Not a choice your software needs to make, ever! Just return the money to my credit card and I will call it quits with TurboTax, NOT interested in the on-line version at all.

PS 1  for your info I am running a 800MHz N100 based mini box under the latest version of Win 11, and it does just fine with anything I have thrown at it so your software should not have any issues at all. 

PS 2 the link embedded in the email receipt (see below) you send me does not work

Where did you purchase the product from? Is it a direct purchase from Intuit or Is it a Retail purchase?
