Revenue Quebec (not CRA) made me pay tax instalments. Where do I enter them in Turbotax?

In the Profile section, the tax instalments are related to the federal return... but in my case I did the tax instalments at the Quebec Provincial level.
That entry needs to be entered in Line 453 but I am not sure how to get to that line.
