RMT: If I earned from split compensation (clinic A) and I also rent a space at a another (clinic B), do I have to include the HST collected from A into my HST return?

I received a T4A from clinic A with fees for services, so I'm inputting that as a T4A slip and not in my self-employment income. So, I'm wondering if the clinic is the one who takes on paying back that HST?

You would want to confirm this with the clinic.
