Should the HST that my personal business collects count as my income (in my income summary?)

I collect HST on some of my self employed income, and its appearing on my T2125 summary as income I think. Is that correct, or did I report it in the wrong spot?

If you've included it in your income, you should deduct it in the following section.  TurboTax will guide you through this.
