We purchased the 2022 TurboTax Premier Online Edition. We have setup one account for us and we created one account for my parents. We were under the impression that we could load this onto both their computer and ours as we will be needing to help them but they still want to do their own returns. Are we not able to use this Online edition with more than 1 account? We have even tried logging in on our computer with both our ID and their ID and it won't let us load it. Our understanding is that this product can be loaded on up to 3 computers.
When we get the the place where it asks us to put in the activation code XXXX XXXX XXXX XXX (the code that was included in the package on the card), we keep getting an error message as follows: 'Something's not right. Try re-entering your code.
Please advise why we are unable to load this.
