Software suddenly after clicking continue Error 400 Bad Request.See this is common.Why has it not been fixed re cost and wasted time for consumer trying to complete taxes

Cant continue to review as error message keeps comping up siting bad Http   Error 400 Bad Request. Software displayed glitches all day. This is really bad considering these complaints  are posted and is a common glitch. Frustrating for customers
