Spousal T4 Federal T-Slip line 18 does not match line 86 in T1 General

Hi

In Turbo Tax Premier 2021, my wife on the T4 federal T-Slips entered on line 18 (Employee's EI premiums) the max value but on the T1 General line 86 it doesnt match. Line 86 instead of the max of 664.34, it shows a couple dollars lower. On mine it is fine. Why doesnt it show the proper amount?
