Hi,
I have been awaiting a refund on a product I did not use after being advised to switch products by one of Turbotax's associates. I went ahead and paid for the second product (TurboTax Assist & Review Premier Online 2022) on the guarantee that I would soon receive a refund for the first product I had bought (TurboTax Live Full Service Self-Employed 2022). I am yet to receive my refund over 2 months later and also no response on my previous post on the community for this same issue.
Can I please get some support with the refund, as this is almost $600 for two individuals?
