Submitting a claim

I have read the instructions on how to file a claim for interest/penalty paid to CRA.   Now I need to know where to file the claim and what method to do so such as by e-mail.  Thanks.

Here is the link to the CRA website if you are looking on where and your options to file your claim. You will need to start by signing into your CRA "My Account".
