System down

I have not been able to get past my deductions, with out getting the system is down with puppy on it for 3 weeks now. I thought on the 20th it would be fixed.

You might want to clear your cache, and try again. Can you please let us know which TurboTax software you are using?

I have been trying to file and I keep getting an error "oops something unexpected happened.  I had thought it would be fixed on the 20th but it is still happening.  I have cleared my cache.

I’ve cleared the cache and that didn’t work. I tried calling the number and it says they will email me information, but it says to clear the cache or use a different browser, both of which do not work.

Please make sure that you save your return and sign out and back in which will update your software if your internet is connected.
