t2 filing - GIFI doesnt balance bc all assets were sold and only liabilities remain

Since we sold the machinery and inventory for the business (assets), we only have remaining liabilities (debts still owed - HST, CEBA and funds owed to the director). As a result, the GIFI isn't balancing and the software won't let me file. Any tips or advice?
