T5007 only show the option for me to enter, but not my husband, even both of us received T5007

During interview, I checked both boxes for me and my husband as we both received social assistance payments (T5007). However, system only shows the form for me to enter information, but doesn't have form for me to enter my husband information. Does it mean we only need to report T5007 under one higher income individual?

No, if you both have a T5007 they both need to be reported individually.
