T5013 Box 109

I have an amount in Box 109 of Form T5013 which should appear on line 25100 of the T1 return. I entered it but it does not go to line 25100. What should I do? By the way, I have the same issue on the Quebec return. Thanks for your help!

Do you have an amount un Box 105? If you don't then you can't claim the amount in Box 109.

Yes I do have an amount in Box 105 and it still doesn't let me claim the amount on line 25100. There is definitely something wrong with the Turbotax software

I did call phone support. They were not able to help me. Why doesn't Turbotax fix this bug in its software?
