Tax Credit

Got approval for Disability Tax Credit for my wife (dementia) from CRA with a letter stating that for more information I have to open up her account for more info.. To this date I have not been able to open the account for her or myself. With the form I originally submitted to CRA I included copies of Enduring Power of Attorney for there info. advising them that I can legally represent her. I tried to discuss this on the phone with them to no avail. Could you please assist me in this matter. Thankyou, John
