Tax receipt

Minor issue but just curious why the GST/HST number at the bottom of my receipt isn’t correct and there are numbers for different provinces?

What do you mean by "incorrect"? It's the same number we had in previous years. And the provincial numbers are there by default. You can ignore them if you don't need them.
