The designated tax expert cancelled my tax return because she couldn't help me (I'm a non-resident). How can I apply for a refund?

When I say "refund", I'm talking about the amount of money I paid in order to have a Tax Expert. I think it was 70CAD.

We have sent your request for a refund. You should see an update on your CC within the next 2-3 weeks or sooner depending on your credit card company.
