The left hand menu is entirely grayed out and unusable. Premier purchased from Costco.

You need to proceed through the steps until you get to the Income section, when the left side menu will unlock.

OK, I will take your word for it. 😉  But this is certainly inconvenient.  I like to work ahead a bit and go back and fill in my spouses info when she is available to answer questions.  The only way to do that at this point is to keep hitting the back button.  I don't recall it being this way last year.  Oh well, first world problem.
