This wasn’t expected, but we’re working on fixing it

After completing taxes for both myself and my wife.  I received this message “This wasn’t expected, but we’re working on fixing it “ (after is it used 2 of my 8 returns).   when I went to Netfile.  I called customer support,  I was told they know of the error they've been working on it for over 2 weeks and don't know when there will be a fix.  After reading several other posts, people were saying that copying the return then submitting it would work.  I tried this and was successful.  However I've now used up 4 returns out of my 8 and still have a more returns to do.  I wasted 2 returns because of this error.  It is very frustrating not sure if I will go back to TurboTax next year now.

I just called and was told this would be fixed by the end of the month. How is that acceptable?

Every year there are more and more errors, but this is a serious problem that should have been caught long before tax season.

I have been trying to file for days but instead of putting a transparent statement to prepare people, you chose to be vague.

I can't use the software I paid for and will likely have to buy Ufile or H&R.

I love how it the same reply each time someone posts about this.  Not sure when it will be fixed.  I'm glad I got it to work on my own, just not happy that I had to waste extra returns to make it work.

I had to take the “completed” return, copy it and then it worked. Then issue is that you end up wasting the original credit that you used in the first return
