Transfer of stocks from employee savings plan to RRSP

Hello , the shares have been transferred to my   RRSP from my work savings plan. I will get a tax receipt from my bank and can input that info into TurboTax.

But how do I deal with "deemed disposition" part ? Which form do I use in TurboTax to declare that transaction .

Was your work savings plan also a registered account? If so, when you enter the RRSP contribution, make sure to enter the transferred amount in the box "Is this RRSP contribution a designated transfer of eligible income amount? If so, enter the amount that is a designated transfer".  And that should do the transfer.
