Trying to file

When I try to file my husband's return it tells me this:

Your federal return was not accepted by the CRA
         Message from CRA
One or more entries in your tax return require correction. The data is either invalid, or mandatory           information is missing. If you are unable to resolve the issues, please contact your software provider.

It doesn't tell what the issues are.

I did have a warning regarding Schedule 3 for some reason but I made sure the form is cleared of data, I clicked Ignore, but nothing made any difference. It continues to give me the error message. Should I clear the whole return and re-enter everything? I have no idea how the Schedule 3 even came up.

From my own experience, it appears that you answered a question in warnings just before filing and likely answered no. If it is available to you, you can choose refile, once you are sure the entry has been cleared. You will have to go through the return process again, but it should allow you to refile once the error is corrected. If you don't have access to refile, you can redo the return and click ignore on the warning about sale of residence.
