Went through this last year and the cycle begins again this year. You say contact TT support, so I do. They say 'no one would tell you to contact us about this issue, this is a QB issue'. We tell them 'you told us to contact TT'. They give us wrong QB # - same as last year. I look up proper QB # and QB says 'why are you calling us -this is a TT issue, it's their software'. We say 'we just got off the phone from them and said to call you'. QB is as rude as TT in not wanting to help or offer up solutions. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIND A FIX AND HELP ME!
