Tt403 error code. Back up file also tt403. TurboTax has a software issue it needs to fix. Is Intuit looking into this?

Unfortunately, this error is generating because your file is corrupted. You won’t be able to open it. Something on your hard drive corrupted this file. You can rename your backup file by looking for the .TTBK file on your hard drive, find the file, right-click to rename  “.TT18” file.

If you have already tried this to no avail, then I suggest that you speak with our support team (link below), they can actually see your screen if needed.

It is your software not our computers it is a wide spread issue, after TT updates. Definitely will consider not using intuit products in the future.

Did anyone having this problem, what is the best way to reaolve? I lost all my tax info and have no time to reenter it. There should be a way to solve without the need of redoing everything. Any update from turbo tax?

If this was a problem reported in 2019, I was surprised to know that still occur in 2021. I will call the support hotline, I am hoping to hear a fix on this and not missing the entire data that was already in the system before the error occured. Or perhaps any latest update from Turbo Tax?
