Turbo Tax 2019 costco code not working

I purchased Turbo Tax standard from Costco for the tax year 2019. The card int he box has 11 digits activation code while the activation page is requesting a 16 digit activation code.

 

How can I get a new code for my 2019 Turbo Tax standard to use on the web to file my taxes?
