I bought and downloaded TT H&B 2022 from Costco. Installed it, activated it, filed taxes. Now I need to get back into the program and do a few things but after an update it is asking me to activate my code again.
I researched and searched the forums for similar issues (there are a few) but no success on following their solutions.
I can't call support since they are closed now and all weekend.
I have my original code but it won't accept it.
I have no idea what to do now and I really don't want to take time out of my regular work day to call down to support when i don't work around my personal computer. Help please!
Unfortunately, you will have to call customer support as they have more access to your account, and can assist you with screen share if necessary.
