On March 4,2024 I contacted Turbo Tax about some incorrect info in a Turbo Tax article regarding how to calculate the Canadian tax credit on eligible dividends. Two weeks and 4 case numbers later, the most recent of which is [phone number removed], there is still no response to my concern. During that time others may be reading that article and getting wrong information.
I have used Turbo Tax and its predecessor for 15+ years now and love it. But the reluctance to correct a few words in a article, which would take less than 60 seconds, is truly baffling. Especially when you consider that they charge additional money for tax advice from professionals.
