Turbo Tax Refund

I requested a refund for turbo tax online filings that were charged to me in error. I have a case number. The status still says open. It's been a month since I made the request. I realize this is likely a crazy busy time for TurboTax staff but wondering if someone can help me out please ? Thanks !
