Turbo Tax won't let me do a review, it says: "This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it"

I keep getting the same thing. I called and was basically told there’s nothing I can do and there’s no timeframe for when it will be fixed. I usually love TurboTax but I am regretting my decision to buy it this year. I feel like I’ve wasted my money
