TurboTax 2020 "All Available Activations for that code have been used" Error Code 603

I bought a new computer and I am attempting to reinstall TurboTax 2020. I have NOT used the max number of computers. How to I get the counter reset in your activation server ? I have not had this issue with reinstalling TurboTax years 2013-2022 - Just 2020

Did you uninstall the software from the other computers? The software can only be installed on 3 computers at a time.
