I purchased the 2020 Turbotax standard edition for download / desktop. I have downloaded the installer file a number of times and tried to run it. I am on WIN10. First I get the blue "Windows protected your PC" message, where I select the run any way; next it gives the warning "Do you want this app .." where I say yes. Then it throws a Win-Zip Self extractor error indicating "Zip File is damaged, truncated or has been changed since it was last created." No idea why. I am running this as an admin. Any ideas?

You may also want to try a different web browser and see if that allows you to download. For example, if you are using Microsoft Edge, you can try Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead.

Hi - am having a similar install issue with my download. The Message comes back as "an error occurred attempting to install DellServiceTagDetectTool" . I have tried installing using both Edge and Google. First time I have ever had an issue with a download install in numerous years.
