TurboTax 2024 is severely under calculating the CCB for me. Is anyone else experiencing this? Will this affect how the CRA views my return? What else might be wrong?

It says we'll only quality for $147.74 for the CCB for the entire year. This is greatly inaccurate, since not much has changed for our taxes and currently we receive just over $800/month. Why is TurboTax miscalculating their estimate? And will this actually affect how the CRA views my return - that's what I'm actually concerned about.

We are aware of the issue, and our development team is working to resolve it ASAP.

In the meantime you can use this calculator on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website to see an estimate of your Canada child benefit (CCB): Child and family benefits calculator

Thanks for the information.  Perhaps TurboTax should, for the interim, release an update that simply states the CCB cannot be calculated at this time but will be available in future updates.

But it's concerning, because it has always worked before.  So, if that calculation is not working, then what else might not be working properly?  That's more of what I'm concerned about now.
