I cannot complete the efile to CRA. The message I recieve is that the TurboTax Business was unable to connect to the transmission service. I called CRA - they gave me the Web Access Code, but still unable to file. CRA service is up with no issues.

Try filing again, CRA did have issues that may be related to this problem yesterday. If the return does not file and there are no warnings in the TurboTax file, call us at 1-866-438-8020 for an agent to assist.

Thanks for your response. I called CRA and confirmed there were no issues today. I also got the Web Access Code from them. I all the help desk and was given a patch to install - not successful. I was told to print the return - not an option. Then I was asked to install the software on another computer because that seems to solve most problems. The person I talked with was aware of this problem - it is not a problem connecting to CRA - it is a problem with the software not being able to communicate to CRA.
I have turned off Virus software, disabled the firewall, added the software to the firewall, double checked all entries in TuboTax Business, installed the patch - several times. Shut down, restarted...
And now waiting for the updated on the other PC to finish to try to send the file from there.
Not a great day.
