TurboTax Desktop Installation Error code 2908

Have been using TT Desktop for 20 years and this is the first time it won't install. I followed troubleshooting tips re run as admin & turning virus software off. Made sure Windows Installer is running. 

Tried all of these steps with same resulting errors on installation:

- Clean boot

- Creating new admin user acct in case main acct corrupt

- netfxrepairtool.exe

- clean install of windows from computer

- running Microsoft Defender Offline

 

I have screenshots but cannot figure out how to include them here.

Thank you. I've concluded this is foremost a Microsoft Windows issue. I'm pursuing a thread on the community forum and will return here if/when I think this specific to TurboTax. Cheers.

RESOLVED: Microsoft support provided me with a link to download an osi file for a new in-place Windows 11 install. I was now able to install TurboTax desktop 2022 and I have high hopes that I'll be able to install past licensed TurboTax desktop versions on my new computer.
